Kilgariff Estate is a residential subdivision located 9 Kilometres from the Alice Springs town centre, south of the Gap. Kilgariff Stage 1 was developed from 2014-2016 and comprised a total of 80 residential allotments developed over two stages. Stage 1 allotments sold out in 2020.

Kilgariff Estate Stage 2 proposes 87 residential allotments delivered over two phases. Stage 2 also includes two public open space allotments and three drainage allotments over a total area of 11.6ha.

This contract relates to the construction of the first phase of development, Stage 2A. Stage 2A comprises 54 residential allotments, two public open space and two drainage allotments (58 lots overall) over an area of 7.1 ha.
