NT Department of Education (DoE) requires an environmental scan of national and international Early Career Teacher programs to inform the initial stages of NT DoE's ECT program development. The environmental scan is required to identify existing approaches and/or programs of ECT's that ascertains current models of practice, jurisdictional approaches across Australia, approaches of high-performing and ‘like’ systems across the world, and programs, resources and research available through education associations and national bodies in Australia.
