The successful consultant will be required to provide a concept design to inform the project feasibility of for the Territory Energy Link.

The concept design will include, but is not limited to:

Pipeline corridor route selection, including special crossing methodologies for major rivers and other infrastructure,
Constructability assessment,
Ancillary facility identification,
Safety management.
