Repairs and cyclical maintenance of fire, smoke detection and fire sprinkler systems for Northern Territory Government assets within the Alice Springs region over a 36‑month period.

Undertake CCTV Inspection and Condition Assessment of The Underground Stormwater Pipes:Trower Road from Nightcliff Road to Vanderlin DriveMcMillans Road from Bagot Road to Vanderlin Drive

Description: Upgrade a 19km section of existing gravel roadway of the Central Arnhem Road to a two-lane bitumen seal.Works will include but not be limited to:Earthworks in cut and fillDrainage works including culverts and floodways Gravel extraction and processingConstruction of 10m carriageway formation with 9m bitumen seal (two 3.5m lanes)  Construction of a heavy vehicle rest area Estimated Price Range: $20M – $40M
