The Office of Sustainable Energy Sustainable Energy Division (OSED) in the Department of Mining and Energy (DME) requires the services of a suitably qualified power systems engineering Consultant to assist with the detailed design and technical rule drafting of the Power System Operations work-package of the Territory Electricity Market (TEM) Reforms. 

The suitable Consultant will have specialised expertise and experience in the development of technical rules, with a particular focus on power system security standards, essential system services standards, and generator performance standards.
