Darwin and Palmerston - Repairs and Maintenance of Group 6 - Airconditioning Plant and Equipment for a Period of 36 Months

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises mechanical services Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) periodic maintenance of various Government leased offices in Darwin Region. Arafura Electorate office, Armidale Street complex, Banksia House, Browns Mart Theatre, Cascom Centre, Casuarina Bus Terminal, Casuarina Plaza, Channel Island Power Station, Charles Darwin Centre, Community Hall, Core Library, Darwin Language, Darwin Plaza, Mitchell Centre, NAB House, RCG Centre, TIO Building, YMCA Malak and various other leased offices (Group 6 NTG Assets).
