Alice Springs Region - Repairs and Maintenance of Building Management Systems for a Period of 36 Months

The scope of works includes, but is not limited to, fault finding, troubleshooting, programming
adjustments, servicing, preventative maintenance, repairs, replacement of defective components, system optimisation, emergency response, and maintenance of Automatic Gates and associated control systems. The Contractor will be required to maintain the operational reliability and functionality of BMS installations in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, manufacturer recommendations, and statutory requirements.
