A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises work at Jack Roney Ward of Katherine Hospital and the scope of works includes, but not limited to, the following items:
- Prepare areas and surfaces for works.
- Remove all vinyl from the floor and walls.
- Patch and repair wall and damages.
- Prepare subfloor for vinyl installation.
- Supply and install new vinyl on the floor and walls.
- Repaint walls, doors and door frames.
