Panel Contract for Barkley Region - Tennant Creek & Elliot Provision of Vacate and Planned Works to Department Assets for a Period of 24 Months

Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is implementing new contracting arrangementsjor the delivery of repair's and maintenance works. Repairs and maintenance of its Houses is a core responsibility of Department of Housing. Repairs and maintenance requirements may arise in a number of circumstances, including: . fair wear and tair; . damage caused by the Tenants or another person; . damage caused due to an event such as a cyclone fire or storm. Other works include: . works arising upon a House being vacated by a Tenant. and Department of Housing wishes to return the House to the standard required to enable the House to be relet; and works scheduled by Department of Housing, so as to keep its Houses repaired and maintained to the standard required by the Residential Tenancies Act, the Housing Act ond the policies of DHCD.
