Nhulunbuy - Provision of Grounds Maintenance, Litter Control, Cleaning and Arboreal Services to Department Assets for a Period of 24 Months

The services to be provided under the contract consist of the provision of Arboreal Services on an "as and when required basis" (Standing Offer), and Grounds Maintenance, Litter Control and Cleaning on a fixed routine arrangement (Fixed Schedule Services component) to the Department of Housing assets. These services are described which are described in greater more detail within the Operating Manual. The successful contractor must have specialised training and access to appropriate equipment to deal with very large trees and be able to arrange the services of a qualified arborist to provide reports on the health of trees, identify hazards and make recommendations for taking appropriate action.
