Katherine - Wadeye - Provision of Housing Maintenance Services for a Period of 42 Months

This procurement is for the provision of community based housing maintenance services to the remote community of Wadeye. The requirement is to engage an experienced repair person, known as a Housing Maintenance Officer (HMO) to perform minor repairs only. Maintenance works and other repairs requiring a trade qualification to complete are not included in this request. Providing opportunities for employment and training for local residents in remote communities of the Northern Territory is a high priority outcome for this contract.
