Darwin - Consultancy - Civil Estimating Services for Unit Construction Cost Estimates (Unit Replacement Rates) for NT roads, bridges and related assets

The Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics requires an experienced Consultant to provide unit construction cost estimates (unit replacement rates) for the revaluation of NTG Roads and Bridges Infrastructure Assets. The Northern Territory’s Infrastructure Asset Classes include: • Roads; • Bridges; • Traffic Signals; and • Street lights The Consultant will be required to prepare unit replacement cost estimates (unit replacement rates) for the asset components and a written report of methodology they will use to develop unit rates, assumptions, input cost break downs, and sources of information.
