Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably qualified contractors to oversee and manage the design and construction of the Darwin Ship Lift Project on behalf of the Northern Territory Government (NTG). The three staged procurement process for this project will be undertaken through the Industry Capability Network Gateway. The three stages will be: Expressions of Interest (EOI) phase – to shortlist capable parties to progress to the next phase, Request for Proposals (RFP) phase - a more detailed phase (including costing) to further shortlist parties to the detailed design development.
