Alice Springs - Provision of Grounds Maintenance for a Period of 36 Months
A Grounds Maintenance Contract for the Alice Springs Hospital is to provide Grounds services to a high standard with consistent pricing.
It will include, but not be limited to:
o Litter control including sweeping, pruning & mowing lawns.
o Removal of all garden waste from site.
o Watering plants/lawns/garden beds, including maintenance of irrigation systems – reporting any maintenance required to Grounds Supervisor.
o Weed control of all garden beds
o Fertilising lawns and garden beds as directed by Grounds Supervisor
o Transporting all grounds bins to ASH Waste Disposal Depot
o Cleaning of all grounds bins after emptying
o Clean/wash all external paths/stairs, as required/directed by Grounds Supervisor
o Reporting any damage or Grounds issues to Grounds Supervisor
o Contract provider to provide all equipment required to carry out Grounds maintenance i.e. mowers etc.
o Contractor employees to provide individual current NT Working with Children Card and Criminal History Name Check prior to commencement.
o Grounds Maintenance Contract to cover the Alice Springs Hospital & 52 Spicer Cres external grounds
