Darwin - Industrial Land and Premises - Provision of Real Estate Services for a Period of 12 Months

connectionsThe Land Development Corporation (LDC) is seeking to appoint two professional licensed real estate agencies (Sales Agent) with substantial local commercial expertise and knowledge to act as the non-exclusive Sales Agents for LDC’s industrial inventory and estates. The Sales Agent(s) will be required to secure sales and establish leases for LDC’s industrial land and premises, for allocated listings.

This is expected to support LDC’s activities in delivering strategic land and investment opportunities within the Northern Territory market. Such Services would be provided via a panel arrangement, for a 12 month period with a potential further 12 month extension.
