All Centres - Provision of On-site Support for End User Computing Services for a Period of 36 Months

The general scope of the services under this RFT is the provision of On-site support for End User Computing services, Network Management services and Voice Telephony Management services and includes the provision of the following tasks:

• Health checks;
• Maintenance of ICT Equipment and Software (including replacement of ICT Equipment and Software);
• Break/fix visits for scheduled repairs of ICT Equipment and Software;
• Verification of ICT Equipment or Software that needs to be brought under Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) control or to confirm the presence of on-line devices;
• Fulfillment of Service Requests including moves, adds and changes of ICT Equipment and Software
• Targeted End User education /knowledge share sessions on topics requested by NTG; and
• Other tasks as assigned by the ICT Service Centre
