Northern Territory Government - Building Asset Inspections and Condition Assessment
Contract for undertaking asset condition inspections and preparation of condition assessment reports, including risk assessments and prioritised maintenance programmes with cost estimates; for all NT Government building assets. The process will be undertaken in alignment with the requirements of ISO 55000 and will involve visual (non-intrusive) inspection of assets including building fabric, structural elements, and building services, along with CCTV inspections for non-exposed services, and thermographic scanning of electrical systems and rotating equipment.
