Top End Region - Litchfield - Building and civil services to establish a new youth Camp in Litchfield. Relocation and refurbishment of shipping containers to build a new Youth camp

The successful Tender will be responsible for the extraction of existing shipping Container accommodation and storage units from Don Dale Youth Detention Centre. The extraction will require coordination with the facilities supervisor as the facility is fully functional and all facility site rules and clearance will be mandatory. All accommodation and storage containers are to be refurbished and relocated to the Litchfield site and connected to services. The Litchfield site requires full establishment of services, power, sewer, roads and general excavation. All wall ways fences and roof structures to be constructed on site.
