East Arnhem Region - Groote Eylandt Archipelago - Period Contract - Provision of NT Government Infrastructure for a Period of 36 Months

Description

This is a period contract for the delivery of NT Government Infrastructure at Groote Eylandt Archipelago Communities including Alyangula, Angurugu, Umbakumba, Milyakburra and surrounding living areas for a period of three years.

The Scope of Works to be delivered under the contract will include various works including, but not limited to:

·         The demolition of various structures including Remote Community Housing and/or Government Employee Housing dwellings;

·         The construction of new and/or replacement Remote Community Housing dwellings;

·         The construction of new and/or replacement Government Employee Housing dwellings;

·         Room to Breathe modify existing dwellings; and

·         Undertake upgrades on various Remote Community Housing or Government Employee Housing dwellings

Price Range Estimated at $10M - $30M

This is one of two period contracts which will be issued as a single select tender to two Aboriginal Business Enterprises. The purpose of this FTO is to inform all of industry, including suppliers and subcontractors
