Alice Springs Region - Period Contract - Provision of Construction, Refurbishments and Upgrades to Northern Territory Government Infrastructure in Stuart Cluster (Nturiya, Pmara Jutunta, Tara, Ti Tree, Willowra, and Wilora) for a Period of 36 Months

· Site services (Power and Water Corporation requirements)
· Associated services
o Cleaning
o Removalists
Associated Professional Services to support construction activities
· Civil Engineering
· Site Service Plans
o Hydraulic Engineering
o Electrical Engineering
· Structural Engineering
· Architectural services
· Drafting
Repairs, maintenance, construction, and other works to Northern Territory Government Assets or other assets as directed.
