Katherine East Neighbourhood Centre - Stage 1, Package 3 - Internal Subdivision Construction Works

This works contract (Stage 1, Package 3) will provide subdivision headworks directly adjacent Stage 1, Package 2 works. It will comprise formation of headworks for residential lots, construction of access roads and intersection terminations and extension of the secondary collector road (High Street) from Package 2 works.

Contract works will include stormwater, water and sewer, concrete, earthworks and grading, pavements, electrical, street lighting and NBN, and landscaping.
