Alice Springs - Provision of Repairs and Maintenance to Evaporative and Refrigerated Air Conditioning Units for a Period of 24 Months

This procurement seeks suitably trade qualified and experienced contractors to be sourced via a public tender process for the provision of scheduled, non-scheduled, and ad-hoc repairs and maintenance services to evaporative and refrigerated air conditioning units in TFHC urban housing assets located in Alice Springs. Alice Springs township is, for the purposes of this procurement, divided into two geographical zones:

Zone 1 - Alice Springs East
Zone 2 - Alice Springs West

The procurement will seek part offers, with the intention being to select no more than one Contractor for each Zone. The contract will ensure that within each zone, a nominated contractor will undertake scheduled maintenance services. Non-scheduled and ad-hoc services will be allocated based on contractor capacity to complete works within the priority timeframe.

The successful Contractor will be required to provide:

• Scheduled maintenance services such as 12-month servicing.
• Non-scheduled services considered time critical and necessary to restore a building or component to a safe or functional level of service.
• Ad-hoc services such as requests for technical reports, mechanical installations, workshop repairs, make-safe arrangements, and attending recalls.
