• Lot 3462, Cypress Street, Katherine - 1*2 Bedroom Dwelling and 1*1 bedroom Duplex  
• Lot 3463, Cypress Street, Katherine - 1*2 Bedroom Dwelling and 2*1 bedroom Duplex

Works are to include civil works, establishment of building pads and ancillary on the parcels of land.
