Alice Springs - Provision of Grounds Maintenance and Ad Hoc Services at the Alice Springs Youth Justice Detention Centre for a Period of 60 Months

The Department of Territory Families, Housing and Communities 
(the Department) is seeking a suitably skilled Grounds Maintenance 
Contractor for the provision of cyclical Grounds Maintenance 
Services and Ad Hoc Services as and when required for the Alice 
Springs Youth Justice Detention Centre located at Hugh, Alice 
Springs. 
Within the Request for Tender the Department will provide details 
of the: 
• full Scope of Services required across the Facility for the term 
of the Contract; 
• Security Checks required for nominated employees; and 
• Site Rules required to be adhered to during the term of the 
Contract. 
The Scope will include: 
1. Standard cyclical Grounds Maintenance Services; and
2. Ad Hoc Services as and when required by the Principal
