Tennant Creek - Various Government Assets including Paterson Street, Tennant Creek Railway Station and Weighbridge - Repairs and Maintenance of Landscape Areas and Irrigation Systems for a Period of 36 Months

A general outline of the work requirement in Tenant Creek is comprised of the following:

(a) Maintain the full extent of the median strip and verges in Paterson Street, between United Service Station and Weaber Road.

(b) Department of Infrastructure , Planning and Logistics (DIPL) Complex including Visiting Officers Quarters (VOQ) yard and the full block in Leichhardt Street- to do mowing and edging, slashing and clearing, litter control (rubbish collection and disposal), cleaning of car park pavement areas, gutters and storm water pits, garden maintenance, replanting, fertilising, pruning, chemical spraying for weed and pest control. Lawn establishment etc, garden and grounds improvements including removal and replacement of mulches, mulch replenishment, tree planting, extending and installing irrigation

(c) Tennant Creek Weighbridge and Railway Terminal - to do to do mowing and edging, slashing and clearing, litter control (rubbish collection and disposal), cleaning of car park pavement areas, gutters and storm water pits, garden maintenance, replanting, fertilising, pruning, chemical spraying for weed and pest control. Lawn establishment etc, garden and grounds improvements including removal and replacement of mulches, mulch replenishment, tree planting, extending and installing irrigation

(d) Litter control including the leaf blowing of car parking areas, roadways and path within the premises
