Darwin - Wulagi Primary School - Replace with a Building Energy Rated Roof and Associated Works
Replacement of Roof in Zone B at Wulagi Primary School, including but not limited to associated items and works such as:
- Remove and discard existing roof deck, vapour barrier, bulk insulation and safety mesh
- Remove existing steel box gutters and make good corrosion to steel supports
- Remove and discard asbestos facia
- Remove and replace all dry pans for Skylight on Roof Zone
- Remove and replace downpipe spreaders on roof
- Allow to check and service existing roof mounted exhaust fans
- Remove and replace all capping flashings to perimeter parapets
- Allow to clean and prime existing exposed roof purlins and supply additional trimmer purlins at all service penetrations
- Supply and install vapour barrier over entire air-conditioned roof
- Supply and install colorbond kliplok with screws and cyclone washers
- Supply and install stainless steel box gutter with flashings
- Reinstate all roof mounted equipment
- Supply and install dektites to all pipe penetrations
- Check all downpipes are free flowing, make good as required
- In accordance with Building Energy Rating (BER) standards
- Obtain relevant Building Permits
