Darwin - Repairs and Maintenance to Air Conditioning Plant and Equipment - Group 4 Assets for a Period of 36 Months

A general outline of the work to be carried out and not limited to are as follows:

  • Mechanical Services Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
  • This is a periodic maintenance contract for Darwin Urban High Schools sites and other assets (Group 4 NTG Assets) such as:
    • Darwin Middle School,
    • Darwin High School,
    • Dripstone Middle School,
    • Nightcliff Middle School,
    • Casuarina College,  
    • Henbury School,
    • Palmerston College,
    • Rosebery Primary school,
    • Sanderson College, and Netball Centre.
