A general outline of the work to be carried out and not limited to are as follows:
- Mechanical Services Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
- This is a periodic maintenance contract for Darwin Urban High Schools sites and other assets (Group 4 NTG Assets) such as:
- Darwin Middle School,
- Darwin High School,
- Dripstone Middle School,
- Nightcliff Middle School,
- Casuarina College,
- Henbury School,
- Palmerston College,
- Rosebery Primary school,
- Sanderson College, and Netball Centre.
