Tennant Creek Region - Imangara and Wutunugurra - Security Upgrades and Refurbishment Works to Existing Government Employee Housing (GEH) Homes

Security upgrades and Refurbishment to Government Employee Housing (GEH) in Imangara and Wutunugurra, including but not limited to:

1. Security upgrades such as replace all handles on external security doors and septic tank cover replacement.

2. Refurbishment works such as:

• Remove existing vinyl flooring and replace with ceramic tiles throughout bedrooms, hallway, living and dining.
• Full bathroom demolition, new bathroom fit out will be required including, waterproofing, bathroom floor retile, new vanity, taps, shaving cabinets, fit new floor pan, shower recess retile and new toilet installation.
• Other refurbishment works such as replacing timber boards on front veranda with new, interior painting to bedrooms and internal walls (to all previously painted surfaces) and laundry re-tile.
