Security upgrades to Government Employee Housing (GEH) in Rockhampton Downs, Wogyala and Newcastle Waters, including but not limited to the following:

Refurbishment works such as painting, gas line & bottle removal and stove replacement, ceiling patch and paint, fascia board repairs, fencing repairs and air conditioning servicing.

In addition, security enhancements such as; replacing sensor lights, replacement of security door handles and security door catch, security locks and coverings on windows, septic tank cover replacements and carport security cage installations to existing carport.
