Darwin - Provision of Cleaning Services at Holtze Youth Detention Centre for a Period of 12 Months
The Department of Corrections, Youth Justice is seeking a suitable Contractor to undertake cleaning services at the Holtze Youth Detention Centre for a Period of 12 Months.
The Contractor is required to be available to clean parts of the Centre seven (7) days a week, be able to commit to cleaning the Centre in the hours after 5.00 p.m. and must be able to provide a high quality cleaning service within the Centre as outlined in the Request for Tender document.
All cleaners coming to the Centre must have a current Working with Children’s Card.
The new Contract will commence on 1 December 2026 and will include, but is not limited to, the following services:
- General cleaning in staff office areas and common areas;
- Classrooms and young people common areas;
- Bio-hazard cleaning; and
- Emergency cleaning as required.
