Alice Springs Region - Atitjere and Arltunga - Small Mines Remediation and Safety Works

The successful contractor will be required to undertake remediation works at 32 small legacy mine sites in the Atitjere (Harts Range) and Arltunga areas. The work will safeguard approximately 130 open mine workings.

The features include open mine voids such as shafts, adits, pits, costeans, open stopes and glory holes. The open voids are to be safe guarded by a combination of controls including; backfilling, perimeter fencing, secure covers and signage.
