All Centres - Lifting Equipment and Fall Arrest Equipment Inspection, Testing, Maintenance and Compliance Certifications for a Period of 36 Months - with a 2 x 12 Month Extension Option

This tender will be broken into the following parts; compliance and maintenance

The contract will be awarded for the Southern Region and the Northern Region and the successful tender/s will be responsible for delivering a lifting and fall arrest compliance program that ensures all assets meet the requirements of the relevant Australian Standards, including AS 1418 and AS 2550.

This includes conducting structural and operational inspections, undertaking compliance load and functional testing, identifying and documenting defects, and providing clear condition reports with recommended remediation actions.

Tenderer will carry out minor maintenance where appropriate, apply asset identification and tagging aligned with Power and Water’s Maximo system, and deliver digital inspection and certification reports with photographic evidence and traffic light compliance summaries.

The tenderer will also be required to support logistics and scheduling across remote, island and wet season affected locations, and provide insights to assist Power and Water in long-term asset management, including identifying equipment nearing end of service life.
