All of NT - All Centres - Consultancy - Provision of Audit Services for Department of Logistics and Infrastructure (DLI) Contracts for a Period of 36 Months

This consultancy panel period contract is required to:

•              Undertake assessments of Northern Territory Government (NTG) contract management plans relating to Work Health and Safety, Indigenous Development, Project Quality and Industry Participation.

•              Lead audits of NTG construction projects across the Northern Territory to ensure compliance with the contract relating to Work Health and Safety, Project Control/Project Quality, Indigenous Development, Local Content/Industry Participation and other requirements on request.

•              Undertake Work Health and Safety site inspections of NTG Works across the Northern Territory to ensure compliance with the Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Act and Regulations.

Tenderers will supplement Department of Logistics and Infrastructure (DLI) audit staff.

Tenderers will be assigned work across the whole of the Northern Territory; in urban, rural, regional and remote locations. Assigned work may include travel that may require overnight stays, commercial and charter flights and driving on sealed and unsealed roads. 

Tenderers will be fully prepared for all assigned work and are responsible for undertaking all associated administrative, preparatory, and coordination activities required to deliver the services. 

Tenderers will nominate key personnel for approval by DLI. All key personnel must hold qualifications in Quality Auditing, Work Health and Safety and a certificate of attainment as a Lead Auditor or similar qualifications awarded by an Australian National Recognised Training Organisation. Key personnel must have demonstrated experience in construction site audits.

An industry briefing will be held.
