A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) periodic maintenance and mechanical services for High Schools and Primary Schools around Darwin, various Berrimah Farm buildings and various other Northern Territory Government Assets (Group 8 – Northern Territory Government Assets) for a period of 36 months.
