Background

Power and Water Corporation (PWC) supports a robust career pathways program. As a pillar of this, PWC has an ongoing commitment to hosting apprentices, interns, undergraduates and Graduates and trainees. PWC outsources management of its apprentices. PWC hosts approximately 59 apprentices, trainees, Interns, undergraduates and Graduates, with continued commitment to this in our Enterprise Agreement and workforce planning strategies. A provider Is sought to deliver this service to PWC for a period of 48 months.

Description

The successful tenderer will be required to provide recruitment services, employee management, mentoring, payment of wages and allowances to new and existing apprentices, trainees, Interns, undergraduates and graduates. Scope will Include advertising for and sourcing new participants, payment of wages and allowances as per Power and Water's specified requirements, ensure compliance with Health and Safety obligations, Inductions, managing performance of participants, scheduling training and managing attendance, external rotations where required, site visits, mentoring and sourcing and applying for applicable funding Incentives, arranging travel of participants, where applicable.
