All of NT - Comprehensive Repairs and Maintenance of Lifts for a Period of 36 Months

The comprehensive maintenance, breakdown and certification services of passenger and good lifts in the NT Government Buildings in Darwin, Palmerston, Katherine, Alice Springs, and Nhulunbuy.

The Contractor will be responsible for all certifications, labour, materials, and incidentals associated with the servicing, repairs maintenance and replacement of parts as required or as programmed of all lifts associated with this Contract.

Routine servicing, maintenance, and emergency repairs to Lifts throughout the NT with further details in the technical sections and schedules.

Provision of ‘as and when required’ general repairs and maintenance to NTG Assets as specified or detailed herein.
