Upgrade a 16.5km section of the Buntine Highway from the existing single lane seal to a two-lane seal standard.

Works include but are not limited to:

Earthworks in cut and fill
Drainage works including culverts and floodway's
Extraction and processing of gravel material
Construction of a 10m carriageway formation with a 9m bitumen seal (two 3.5m lanes)
