Katherine - Buntine Highway - Construct - Upgrade to Two Lane Seal Standard in Various Sections - 256.6km to 300km

Upgrade existing single lane seal to a two-lane seal standard on the Buntine Highway in two Separable Parts. Part A includes sections 256.9km to 261.7km and 265.7km to 277.6km and Part B includes 283.2km to 300km. The Victoria Highway intersection being 0km.

Works include but are not limited to:

Earthworks in cut and fill
Construction of drainage works including culverts and floodways
Extraction and processing of gravel material
Construction of a 10m carriageway with a 9m seal (two 3.5m lanes)
Construction of Heavy Vehicle Rest Areas.
