Tennant Creek Region - Design New Elliott Police Complex and Housing

Design consultant is required to undertake the design of a new Police Station Complex in the remote town of Elliott, located 735km south of Darwin. The complex will include planning and re-zoning a group of 4x lots to a single lot for a larger Police Station and new housing for NT Police Service members.

Design disciplines will include:
- Design and design management
- All engineering – Civil, Structural, Electrical, Hydraulics, Certification
- Planning submission
