Darwin - Provision of Event Electrical Services for a Period of 12 Months

Tourism and Events NT (TENT) will be seeking tenders from experienced and qualified businesses for the provision of temporary electrical solutions for major events held in Darwin. The successful supplier will be responsible for the electrical design, supply of equipment, installation, and management of temporary electrical infrastructure across a variety of high-profile, multi-day events, including BASSINTHEGRASS, the Darwin Triple Crown Supercars, and MXGP Australia.

Suppliers must demonstrate a proven track record in delivering complex, large-scale event electrical services, including the management of generator and mains power, equipment hire, on-site technical support, and compliance with relevant safety and industry standards. The scope includes event site setup and pack-down and ongoing troubleshooting.
