All of NT - Supply and Delivery of Library Resources for a Period of 36 Months

Department of People, Sport and Culture, Library & Archives NT (LANT) is seeking to establish a contract for the supply and delivery of library resources to LANT, as the Northern Territory’s state-equivalent library service, and LibrariesNT member libraries, including municipal, remote and Aboriginal community libraries across the Northern Territory. 

The contract will seek to secure reliable supply arrangements, competitive pricing, high order fulfilment rates, and efficient acquisitions and processing services for library resources in various formats, including:

·   standard print materials

·   large print and oversized print materials

·   educational materials (e.g. toys and games)

·   audiobooks

·   DVDs and other multimedia materials

·   language materials

·   maps

·   journals, periodicals and magazines

·  downloadable and device-neutral electronic resources (e.g. eBooks, eMagazines, eNewspapers, and other digital formats)

Suppliers will be required to demonstrate capability in shelf-ready processing, acquisitions and cataloguing services, library management system integration, provision of bibliographic metadata and electronic resource management data, including KBART files, and the delivery of value-added services that enhance operational efficiency. New suppliers will be required to provide transition arrangements to ensure continuity of service.
