Description: Upgrade a 19km section of existing gravel roadway of the Central Arnhem Road to a two-lane bitumen seal.

Works will include but not be limited to:

Earthworks in cut and fill
Drainage works including culverts and floodways
Gravel extraction and processing
Construction of 10m carriageway formation with 9m bitumen seal (two 3.5m lanes)
Construction of a heavy vehicle rest area
