The Power and Water Corporation (PWC) owns and operates several pipeline licenses (assets) within the Territory, including the Wickham Point and McArthur River Mine pipeline licences. In alignment with the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) strategy, the day to day operations and maintenance of the pipelines is being outsourced through a specified standard services maintenance contract controlled by one main contractor for a fixed term.
