Darwin - Consultancy - Engineering Services for Risk Assessment of Northern Territory Government Managed Streetlights
DIPL is required to engage a qualified and professional consultant to:
· Review the current DIPL and PWC design standards and procedures for NTG streetlights to identify any inconsistencies with AS/NZS 3000 2018;
· Carry out NTG Streetlights Risk Assessment that considers the implications of streetlights outages across NT road network;
· Investigate and provide recommendations on future design requirements and procedures
· Prepare and provide a report on the implications for any non-compliance issues and the outcomes of the risk assessment with recommendations to mitigate identified risks; and
Document any proposed exemptions to the installation of Residual Current Devices (RCD) for streetlight circuits in the NT through a DRAFT Technical Memorandum on behalf of DIPL similar to VicRoads Technical Note TN08 – 2014.
