EOI - Community Housing: Social Housing Transfer
The Department of Territory Families, Housing and Communities is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Community Housing Providers to take on the long-term asset and tenancy management of 269 social housing dwellings in Greater Darwin. Proponents must be registered with the National Regulatory System for Community Housing.
Subject to the outcome of the EOI, Shortlisted Proponent(s) from the EOI process may be invited to enter into direct negotiations at the Department’s discretion.
