Katherine - Godinymayin Yijard Rivers Arts and Cultural Centre - Construction Art Gallery Upgrade

Upgrade works including:

Demolish existing entry awning and construct new entry stair & structure, verandah and front of house facilities. Repurpose existing office to new retail and coffee shop. Construct new purpose-built office extension.  Build new outdoor performance stage and stage Rigging and formalise amphitheatre including with new servery, ablutions, storage and associated paths and walkways.  Form the land to create continuous ground plane for audience areas including landscaping and planting. Allow to turf all disturbed areas of the amphitheatre so the grass is established and traffickable at Practical Completion.

New gravel track from Maluka Rd for large vehicle access to back of house storage areas and deliveries.  Secure fencing to amphitheatre for ticketed events and around back of house areas.
80 kW hour Solar system supplied and install by contractor (not shown on the drawings) to be approved by Superintendent
