The Northern Territory Government (NTG) is seeking to engage qualified and experienced contractors to provide the following services:Waste Management Services: This includes routine and ad hoc services for managing waste, such as the supply, maintenance, and cleaning of waste collection equipment. The equipment encompasses items like bins, collection vehicles, compactors, balers, and bale frames.Waste Handling: Contractors will collect, transport, sort, recycle, re-use, process, treat, destroy, and/or dispose of waste at a frequency agreed upon in collaboration with the Ordering Officer.Site Maintenance: Contractors are responsible for removing any waste materials (e.g., rubbish, cartons, and plastic bags) deposited in or around the vicinity of the waste collection equipment during each service.Needs Assessment: Contractors will identify and assess the needs of various agencies and assist them in selecting appropriate services and equipment, adhering to best practices in waste management based on environmental protection and circular economy guidelines.Compliance: All waste disposals must comply with applicable legislation, waste management strategies, policies, and best practice guidelines, including relevant Australian standards and legislation.Additional Services: Provide any additional services as needed.Mandatory Licensing Requirement:  Tenderers must hold a valid Environmental Protection Licence (EPL) under the Environment Protection Act of 2019 when submitting their tender. Price Range Estimated at $10M - $30M.

A general outline of the work to be carried out under this contract is for the inspection, reporting, maintenance and monitoring of Northern Territory Government Bus Stops and Shelters in Darwin Region, to maintain facilities to a high standard for the users of public transport. 

The air conditioning unit serving Module 2 has reached the end of its serviceable life. The system is currently inefficient, excessively noisy, and requires a full replacement.

This contract seeks suitably qualified and experienced contractors to carry out arboreal services at Houses and within the common areas of public housing unit Complexes that are owned by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Community Development in the Greater Darwin region.The Greater Darwin region is, for the purposes of this tender, divided into two geographical zones. Zone 1 DarwinZone 2 Greater Palmerston & RuralThe contract will ensure that within each zone, a nominated contractor will undertake all arboreal services.The procurement will seek part-offers and the intention is to select no more than one Contractor for each Zone. The Contract will include an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 12 months.
