The following dates will apply for the release and closing of request for tenders and quotations over the 2025/26 Christmas and New Year period for all regions.

Last closing/release: Monday 15 December 2025

First closing/release: Monday 12 January 2026

The Contract and Procurement Services (CAPS) office will be closed between 29 December 2025 - 02 January 2026. Staff will be unavailable to assist you during this period, we will respond to any enquiries upon our return.

The Northern Territory Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) requires the services of a specialist econometrician who will be responsible for reviewing current practice and further develop analysts’ skills. The Department of Treasury and Finance is planning to introduce best practice modelling techniques in order to enhance forecasting accuracy and strengthen DTF’s ability to review external modelling advice provided to the NT Government. This contract is for a period of 36 months, and will require a commitment of around 8 hours a week.
