Provide professional services associated with the design development of enabling infrastructure for two (2) land development regions over a 12-month period.Works will focus on unlocking strategic land for development by understanding the landform characteristics, environmental constraints and available capacity in existing infrastructure and completing investigations and designs to augment, modify, replace or upgrade existing services and/or design new services to connect to existing. The work will cover most engineering disciplines.

The contract includes inspection of building fabric and building services elements (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and playgrounds), condition rating, asset verification, photographic capture, and submission of data in a standardised geospatial (GIS) format.This is a large-scale program involving geographically dispersed assets, including remote locations.

Design of Hydraulic Upgrades including conducting a Feasibility Study and Options Analysis of water and wastewater, infrastructure upgrades and Technical Design of selected options.

This tender is planned for upgrading the Stuart Highway and Schwarz Crescent intersection in Alice Springs. The project involves relocating Schwarz Crescent north to create a new four-leg intersection. The upgrade aims to improve road safety, traffic flow, and provide safer pedestrian crossings through improved intersection design and supporting infrastructure works.$10M - $30M

Gravel re-sheet and sealed floodway construction works on Koonakarra Road and Mermaid Circuit at Dundee Beach. Including but not limited to; earthworks required to form a subgrade and roadside drainage, extraction and processing of a natural Type 2/3 material, pavement works and minor sealing and concrete works associated with floodway construction.
