Territory Generation seeks suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver a range of specialised maintenance services, including but not limited to fabrication, welding, NDT and general mechanical support to ensure the effective and timely execution of planned and unplanned works, including major shutdowns, across its operational sites.

The Department of Logistics and Infrastructure (DLI) requires a repairs and maintenance period contractor for Security, CCTV, and Duress Systems on Northern Territory Government Building Assets for a period of 36 months in the Central Australian region in urban and remote settings.

Katherine Hospital - Repaint Walls, and Replace Floor and Wall Vinyl at Jack Roney WardWorks to include the following:Full internal repaint to walls and ceilings where applicableFull replacement of all floor vinyl throughout the ward in rooms, passageways and all officesRemoval of all existing timber panelling and edging and making good

Upgrade a 16.5km section of the Buntine Highway of existing narrow bitumen seal to a two-lane bitumen seal plus construction of a heavy vehicle rest area.Works will include but not limited to:Earthworks in cut and fillDrainage works including culverts and floodways Gravel extraction and processingConstruction of 10m carriageway formation with 9m bitumen seal (two 3.5m lanes)  Construction of a heavy vehicle rest area (Inbound and Outbound)  Estimated Price Range: $20M – $40M

The comprehensive maintenance, breakdown and certification services of passenger and good lifts in the NT Government Hospitals in Darwin, Palmerston and East Arnhem regions.The Contractor will be responsible for all certifications, labour, materials, and incidentals associated with the servicing, repairs maintenance and replacement of parts as required or as programmed of all lifts associated with this Contract.Routine servicing, maintenance, and emergency repairs to Lifts throughout the NT with further details in the technical sections and schedules.Provision of ‘as and when required’ general repairs and maintenance to NTG Assets as specified or detailed herein.
