The following dates will apply for the release and closing of request for tenders and quotations over the 2025/26 Christmas and New Year period for all regions.

Last closing/release: Monday 15 December 2025

First closing/release: Monday 12 January 2026

The Contract and Procurement Services (CAPS) office will be closed between 29 December 2025 - 02 January 2026. Staff will be unavailable to assist you during this period, we will respond to any enquiries upon our return.
