Consultancy for the provision of Project Management Services for the delivery of the Palmerston Secondary Special Education School (PSSES).The consultant shall employ professional expertise and past similar project experience to deliver a new PSSES, and attends to all stakeholder’s requirements, whilst strictly maintaining budget.Timeframes for the consultancy will align with the Design Document and Construct contract stages, starting mid 2026 with completion expected by the end of 2028.

The objective of this procurement is to secure a supplier for the ongoing supply and delivery of stoves to the urban centres of Darwin, Nhulunbuy, Katherine, Borroloola, Tennant Creek and Alice Springs.Delivered stoves will be provided to contracted housing maintenance service providers operating in these locations. The stoves will be installed in residential properties owned and managed by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Community Development (DHLGCD).

Augmentation upgrade of the existing 22kv network will be required to increase the maximum demand at Tindal Zone substation. Works will include both overhead and underground construction for both greenfield and brownfield sites 

The Department of the Legislative Assembly requires the provision of grounds maintenance services at the Parliamentary Precinct for a period of 36 months.

 Works include routine inspections of streetlights to monitor outages; repairs and maintenance of government streetlights, including periodic servicing; and the replacement of damaged streetlights.
