BackgroundPower and Water Corporation (PWC) supports a robust career pathways program. As a pillar of this, PWC has an ongoing commitment to hosting apprentices, interns, undergraduates and Graduates and trainees. PWC outsources management of its apprentices. PWC hosts approximately 59 apprentices, trainees, Interns, undergraduates and Graduates, with continued commitment to this in our Enterprise Agreement and workforce planning strategies. A provider Is sought to deliver this service to PWC for a period of 48 months.DescriptionThe successful tenderer will be required to provide recruitment services, employee management, mentoring, payment of wages and allowances to new and existing apprentices, trainees, Interns, undergraduates and graduates. Scope will Include advertising for and sourcing new participants, payment of wages and allowances as per Power and Water's specified requirements, ensure compliance with Health and Safety obligations, Inductions, managing performance of participants, scheduling training and managing attendance, external rotations where required, site visits, mentoring and sourcing and applying for applicable funding Incentives, arranging travel of participants, where applicable. Price Range Estimated at $20M - $40M

Design and construct new Cyclone Shelter in the township of Nhulunbuy to accommodate 1800 occupants.Price range estimated at $10M to $30M. 

The Contractor will provide a student only school bus service for the transportation of eligible passengers on gazetted school days.There are approximately 195 gazetted school days each year. Start and finish times of schools vary and are determined by the Department of Education. The Contractor is required to make their own enquiries to determine start and finish times of schools. During the Period of Contract, the scope of services may vary to meet changing school transport needs in the Alice Springs area.Price Range Estimated at $10M - $30M

Security Inspections and Reporting for selected DLI Facilities in the Tennant Creek Region including but not limited toregular inspections of facilities,reporting of building status in the event of incidents,cash handling a banking service for MVR in Barkly Business Hub.

-  Recorded serviceability inspections as per CASA requirements for an unregistered aerodrome,-  Undertake after hour emergency flight call out inspections,-  Maintenance requirements including internal and external slashing, lighting, furniture, and fencing.
