Nhulunbuy - Consultancy - Development of a Master Plan

The Department of the Chief Minister and Cabinet (DCMC), on behalf of the Gove Peninsula Futures Reference Group (GPFRG), seeks to engage a suitably experienced Architect/Town Planner and/or multi-disciplinary Consultant team to support Gove Peninsula Traditional Owners (TOs) in the creation of a Master Plan for the township of Nhulunbuy and the associated industrial area. This Master Plan is to consider the current and future built form, infrastructure, public spaces and land use.
